Our experienced care team conducts thorough assessments to understand each resident's unique needs, preferences, and medical history. Care plans are then customized to address cognitive, emotional, and physical well-being, ensuring a holistic approach to care. 

We offer a range of memory-enhancement programs, including pet therapy, reminiscence therapy, sensory activities, and brain exercises. Our goal is to create engaging and stimulating environments that promote cognitive function and overall well-being.

Your loved one’s dedicated wellness facilitator will ensure open communication with you about your family member’s care. Regular updates, family meetings, and collaborative decision-making are integral to our care philosophy. We welcome family involvement in the care journey of their loved ones. 

Our dining experience is designed to be both nutritious and enjoyable. Residents are served delicious meals in a communal setting, prepared in commercial grade kitchens and accommodating specific dietary needs and preferences. Dining is not just about nourishment; it's a social and sensory experience. 

Our staff is trained to handle medical emergencies, and we have protocols in place for quick response. We work closely with healthcare professionals and can coordinate medical services as needed, ensuring comprehensive care for our residents.  Medical staff provide wellness checks and daily assessments. 

Our team of highly trained professionals offer assistance with the activities of daily living, like bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and medication management, all of which are provided with respect for individual dignity.  

Handling aggressive outbursts in a memory care community requires a thoughtful and individualized approach, prioritizing the safety and well-being of both residents and staff. Understanding the triggers for aggressive behavior is crucial. Individualized care plans are developed to address these triggers proactively. Our staff members undergo specialized training in dementia care, which equips them with the skills to recognize signs of agitation, redirect negative behavior, and respond with empathy and patience. Creating a structured environment and predictable routines can help minimize anxiety and confusion, reducing the likelihood of aggressive outbursts. 

Magnolia Memory Residence is a private pay community.  We do accept long-term care insurance and veteran aid and attendance benefits.  Monthly rates are all-inclusive with no hidden fees.  Please contact us to learn more about pricing
